Breakfast Supervisor

We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our fantastic team at Fischer’s Baslow Hall.

The Role
This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual to work as part of a friendly, passionate team with potential and exciting opportunities for career progression.
As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will work within a tightly knit team under the guidance of the Fischer’s senior restaurant team.

You will be the face of the Hotel in the morning, ready to welcome our guests and serve them a hearty breakfast as they prepare for the day ahead. They will appreciate your knowledge of activities and sights in the area, as well as your warmth and attention to detail to ensure the first meal of the day is a memorable one!
Amongst other responsibilities, you will ensure the smooth running of Breakfast, co-ordinating with other members of the front of house team, hotel reception and kitchen. Outside of service, you will be preparing the restaurant for the day ahead, engaging with senior management and working to continuously improve our offerings at Breakfast.

Remuneration
• Competitive salary and monthly tips (based on experience and capabilities).
• Set working week – 4 shifts a week (20-36hrs)

Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our fantastic team at Fischer’s Baslow Hall.

The Role
This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual to work as part of a friendly, passionate team with potential and exciting opportunities for career progression.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will work within a tightly knit team under the guidance of the Fischer’s senior restaurant team.
You will use your excellent communication skills and passion for all things food and wine to provide guests with an outstanding dining experience. They will remember your attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of the menu as much as the stunning food on their plates.
Among other responsibilities, you will manage a section of the restaurant and communicate clearly with other members of the team to ensure guests receive a seamless, impeccable service. Outside of service times, you will engage in training programmes, stock, and waste management, work schedules, continuous improvement programmes, and be part of the forward-thinking team associated with innovation and progression.
