NEIL FISCHER : RESTAURATEUR 

Neil Fischer always knew his future would lie in food and drink. Having grown up with his father’s award-winning cooking back in Bakewell. Neil studied Business Management and Business Engineering followed by a Master’s in Business.

Rather than go straight into the family business, Neil took the decision to make his own way in the world, working in both the drinks and hospitality sector for both niche and mainstream brands, which in turn has taken him across the globe.

With over 16 years in the drinks and hospitality industry, Neil re-joined the family business. Neil comments, “I treat everyone that works for us as family. My vision is to see the team and consequently, the business succeed. We are building a legacy project around our primary passion, incredible food, locally sourced and fantastic drinks to compliment”

Since taking the helm, the Fischer family have expanded to incorporate additional sites, a prime beef business, and a brewery.
