Spend Time in Our KitchenSpend some time brushing up your skills in the Kitchen at Fischer’s Baslow Hall Have you ever hosted a dinner party and wanted to ask a question to a Michelin-starred chef? Would you like to be able to create tantalizing food to impress your family and friends? Our team at Fischer’s would like to inspire and share their skills to enable you to confidently cook exciting food in your own home. Fischer’s at Baslow Hall would like to offer the opportunity for an individual or couple to spend some time in our kitchen. You can choose from the following two packages: Morning Kitchen Session followed by Lunch 9.00 a.m. Arrive and Meet the Kitchen Team 9.15 a.m.–12 noon Spend time with the Chefs in the Kitchen 12 noon-1.00 p.m. Over see the first hour of Lunch service 1.00 p.m. 3 course Lunch followed by Petits Fours and Coffee in the Dining Room Price per person: £130 (maximum of 2 people) Residential Kitchen Session 9.00 a.m. Arrive and Meet the Kitchen Team 9.15 a.m.-11.30 a.m. Spend time with the Chefs in the Kitchen 11.30 a.m.-12 noon Have a Light Lunch with the Chefs 12 noon-onwards Over see the Lunch Service From 3.00 p.m. Check-in to your Bedroom then sit in front of our real log fire with tea or coffee to relax or visit the Peak District. 7.00 p.m. Have drinks in the Lounge whilst sampling the canapés 7.30 p.m. Eat from our Gourmet Dinner Menu Enjoy a Bakery Breakfast the following morning. Price per person: Large Bedroom: £280.00 or Superior Bedroom: £ 310.00 (maximum of 2 people) Saturday Supplement of £70 per room. General Terms and Conditions 1) These cookery sessions are suitable for anyone over the age of 18 years old. 2) Please arrive dressed ready to start the session in suitable footwear. 3) Our dress code in the restaurant is strictly smart attire – we do not allow worn or faded jeans, trainers, sweatshirts or t. shirts. 4) You will be free to ask as many questions as you would like throughout all stages of the day. At the end of the session you will be given a copy of recipes and a chef’s apron (subject to availability). 5) These sessions are also available to be purchased as a Gift Voucher. Booking Terms and Conditions 1) We will take the initial enquiry along with your most suitable day. 2) Special dietary requirements and allergies must be stated at this time. 3) Please note these sessions are available on selected weekdays and some weekends throughout the year. 4) All dates are subject to availability. 5) We will then contact you with a date. 6) Once the date is agreed we will require FULL payment. 7) Payments for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the agreed date will be deemed non-refundable. For Residential Kitchen Sessions the normal accommodation cancellation policy will apply. 8) In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by ourselves alternative dates will be offered.
