We are looking for experienced chefs who can run different sections within the kitchen as well as college students just starting out on their careers. A limited amount of live-in accommodation is available. General Food Service
We require full and part time food service personnel. Our front of house staff must be friendly and approachable with a positive attitude & plenty of energy. Our trademark service is efficient and correct without being pompous or stuffy - You must be able to work at a brisk pace whilst remaining attentive. Although experience in a similar environment is ideal we accept that it is not always necessary as a smart, cheerful, pleasant approach to work can be more valuable.

Sous Chef - NEW!
This long established 1 - Michelin Starred Brigade has ambitions for 2-Michelin Star status and is looking for a new creative input to achieve this goal. Ideally you will already have a strong Michelin star background or proven equivalent and be ready to develop your creative abilities in close partnership with the Head Chef. This is a role for an extremely dedicated individual who is firmly on course to reach the top of your game.

We have an 8/10 rating in the Good Food Guide - one of the highest ratings in the UK outside London. A limited amount of live-in accommodation is available. We are also looking for recruit young chefs starting out on their career as well as college students needing weekend and holiday placements.
