We are looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our team. Head Chef, Rupert Rowley, trained under Raymond Blanc and Gordon Ramsay. He leads a kitchen focussed on use of the finest British ingredients.

Candidates should have at least two years’ experience as Chef de Partie in a comparable kitchen.

Alongside a passion for cooking, we need an individual who will be involved in menu development and must have the required skills to lead a brigade in order to consistently deliver outstanding food.


A position has arisen for a skilled Pastry Chef in our busy kitchen. Applicants should have at least two years’ experience dedicated to Pastry work in a similar establishment at Demi Chef de Partie level. We would expect candidates to have a passion for working with desserts and bakery and be pro active in developing new dishes.


A vacancy has arisen for a Breakfast and Bakery Chef. The successful candidate must have experience in bakery.

This is a five day week, straight shift position. The working week is from Wednesday to Sunday, and working hours 7 a.m. until 3 p.m.
