Chefs de Parties/Commis/Apprentice
We are looking for experienced chefs who can run different sections within the kitchen.
The award-winning restaurant with 11 luxury bedrooms is renowned for using only the best available seasonal and locally sourced produce. During the summer months, the array of home-grown vegetables and herbs inspire the kitchen brigade to create innovative dishes.
