A limited amount of live-in accommodation is available. Chefs de Parties/Commis
We are looking for experienced chefs who can run different sections within the kitchen. If you want to progress your career we are the only Michelin-starred restaurant in the area. We have an 7/10 rating in the Good Food Guide and are listed as 30th top restaurant in the UK. A limited amount of live-in accommodation is available. Competitive salaries, 28 days holiday allowance and all food and drink whilst on duty contribute to the excellent conditions in this pleasant working environment. We are also looking for recruit young chefs starting out on their career as well as college students needing weekend and holiday placements. General Food Service
We require full and part time food service personnel. Our front of house staff must be friendly and approachable with a positive attitude & plenty of energy. Our trademark service is efficient and correct without being pompous or stuffy – you must be able to work at a brisk pace whilst remaining attentive. Although experience in a similar environment is ideal we accept that it is not always necessary as a smart, cheerful, pleasant approach to work can be more valuable.
