James Burgess, Sous Chef

After leaving school it was a natural progression for James to enrol on to a three year course where he obtained a Professional Chef’s Diploma at the Sheffield College. Many of our current and past Chef’s and Front of House team where professionally trained under the watchful eye of Mick Burke at the Sheffield College. James joined Fischer’s at Baslow Hall in January 2006 and was promoted to Sous Chef in January 2008 aged 25 years.
