The recipes have now been incorporated, together with further notes into 6 pages of text so that we might be able to repeat some of these dishes in the future. You provided excellent advice and guidance which ensured the day ran smoothly and without a hitch. Please pass on our thanks to the chef and the catering team who did an excellent job, the food was exquisite. Our guests commented on the wonderful food which was beautifully presented. In addition, there were many comments about the high standard of accommodation, the bedrooms all unique in their decor and were beautifully presented. The gardens were also magnificent and it was a pleasure to spend time in them and have our photos taken in the beautiful surroundings.
Fischer’s will have a special place in our hearts and we look forward to celebrating our forthcoming wedding anniversaries at Fischer’s.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all who worked so tirelessly on the occasion of my son’s wedding. Your hotel, rooms, food, and facilities are second to none, and you made us all feel so welcome. We had a wonderful day, the weather was very kind to us, and your beautiful gardens provided a lovely back ground for the photo’s. Our every wish was catered for, way beyond our expectations and I personally will not hesitate to recommend your hotel for use as a wedding venue.

You all put so much effort into helping us plan our big day and were always so accommodating when we wanted to come up to Baslow Hall. We really enjoyed the whole day. The service that we received was absolutely first class from everybody – we felt very well looked after indeed and many of our guests commented on the excellent service. The food was superb and there was plenty. The assiette of desserts is still a talking point with most of my friends and family – they were truly delicious and so beautifully presented. We greatly look forward to coming back to Baslow Hall for a meal (hopefully before our 1st anniversary)!
